By the Shoals, for the Shoals.
OurShoals is the go-to resource for what’s new and happening in the four towns and nine townships of the Shoals, a hidden-gem region along the Tennessee River in North Alabama that's becoming more and more discovered each day. As the remote workforce continues to grow, we aim to show that small-town living has never been better.
Our mission is to inform decisions for remote workers considering or in the process of moving to the Shoals, as well as locals who love to experience all the area has to offer. We bring you all that's new, hip and worth covering in Lauderdale and Colbert counties, including Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield and Tuscumbia, plus Anderson, Cherokee, Killen, Lexington, Littleville, Rogersville, St. Florian and Waterloo.
We serve to drive population growth to the Shoals, thereby driving economic growth for existing businesses as well as fostering new ones. We do this by building content, partnerships and community. See more about who's behind OurShoals below.
